We, at Royal Babies & Tots, want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return purchased items for a store credit within 14 days from the day your order has been delivered to you. We do not provide refunds nor credit shipping costs. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn condition, free of any stains, marks or signs of wear with tags still attached. Items must be unaltered/unwashed. Items with packaging must include its original packaging. All sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note: we will NOT accept any items that do not meet our policy. Any item(s) returned that go against our policy, will be sent back to the buyer.
If you have received damaged merchandise, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the item(s), that way we can best assist you. Buyer has up to 4 business days to contact us upon delivery of a defective item. Please be sure to include the full name the order was placed under, the order number, and a photo of the defect(s) along with any additional details that will help us in assisting you. Items that are returned damaged with no prior contact regarding the damage will be refused and sent back to the buyer.
Once we receive your return, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return is complete, you will receive an email with your store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used at anytime.
